WDP Increases its Service Provision in Kingston

WDP are delighted to announce that we have been asked by Camden and Islington NHS Trust (C&I) to take over the former Lifeline service to provide psychosocial treatment for adults accessing the Kingston Wellbeing Service.

This award expands WDP’s provision in Kingston significantly and is a testament to the continued dedication of our existing staff team as well as the excellent partnership which has been established between WDP and C&I within the borough.

We are delighted to be able build on and further develop WDP’s service provision in Kingston, by providing growing opportunities for service users which will enhance their recovery, enabling them to achieve their aspirations and transform their lives.

A newly joined WDP staff member commented:

“I felt so happy and truly confident as I had heard good things about WDP. I actually see a future now since meeting with WDP”

Working in partnership is a cornerstone of WDP’s organisational values and we will continue to be a strong partner, supporting C&I to ensure Kingston Wellbeing service continues to thrive.

Maria O’Dwyer Borough Services Manager, C&I, said of the increased service:

“Welcome to the extended service with WDP. C&I look forward to building on an already strong relationship with WDP and to jointly improve and develop services in Kingston.”

WDP commenced this contract on 1st June 2017.
