Commercial Development Lead, Passmores House
WDP are advertising a new and exciting role and opportunity to work for a busy and thriving residential detoxification and rehabilitation unit. Having just completed a very positive CQC inspection WDP are keen for Passmores House to continue in its upward trajectory and are seeking to employ a Commercial Development Lead to play a pivotal role in the services aim to reach and support vulnerable people in to recovery.
As Passmores House Commercial Development Lead you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be responsible for the development of Passmores House private patient admissions pathways, including marketing, customer relations, families and friends of patients, agreeing admissions with the patient and Passmores House, meet with and promote the service to existing and new community areas who have framework agreements with WDP Passmores House, and other related activities. The post holder will also support the admissions for generic patients in to Passmores.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the development and reporting against progress of a marketing plan for the service and responsible for increasing the number of private patients accessing the service.
Whilst a background in healthcare and substance misuse is not necessary a passion for sales and working with vulnerable people is required.
