Job role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of the Hackney Recovery Service (HRS); we are seeking to recruit a Criminal Justice Recovery Practitioner. Your role will be to engage, case manage and deliver recovery-orientated interventions to service users in a range of settings.

The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, committed, hardworking and highly motivated and have experience of working with substance misuse and related health and wellbeing issues in a care-planned way.  They should have a good understanding of substance misuse, offending and safeguarding interventions and best practice. 

An empathic and non-judgmental approach is imperative, as this role involves working with a wide range of challenging issues and behaviours and many difficult to engage clients.

This role is dependent upon the successful applicant obtaining Metropolitan Police clearance and Prison clearance.
