WDP has recently grown to record size and recently secured an employment service contract across eight boroughs (listed below) in west London using an evidence-based model called Individual Placement and Support (IPS). The successful candidates will secure sustainable paid opportunities for our service users. We are looking for a Data Administrator to join this team.

You will be passionate and ambitious for our service users to achieve their aspirations for work and the posts are ideally suited to those who have experience of getting people into work and previous employer engagement experience. It is a fulfilling and rewarding role where you will be making an impact and difference to people’s lives, by empowering service users to seek opportunities that create lasting and sustainable change in their recovery.
You will work directly with key stakeholders and referral partners, including job centres, GPs, NHS, voluntary and community sector organisations, and proactively engage employers to achieve job brokerage.

- Strong belief in service users – you will be ambitious for those we help and this will be demonstrated by your focus on successful outcomes
