We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Health Trainer to join us in our Integrated team in Brent.  We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for improving health and wellbeing and the ability to work with people with challenging and complex support needs. The post holder will work closely with the existing team to promote health and wellbeing initiatives to service users, engage and train stakeholders, facilitate health-related activities, and deliver brief interventions with the aim of supporting individuals to improve their own health and wellbeing. This exciting role will offer the successful candidate the chance to make a lasting difference to the lives of our clients.

The post holder must be committed, resourceful and highly motivated to engage service users within treatment services and promote recovery through their daily practice.
