This role is pivotal to the continued success and growth of WDP as a learning organisation, and as such is a key role within our Learning and Development team. Your focus will be on delivering a bespoke, high quality learning and development service to WDP’s combined workforce of employees and volunteers. Your previous service delivery experience will be a distinct advantage, but you will also be interested in contributing to the professional development of all roles at WDP, leading on the assessment of WDP’s  RCF candidates. With a strong background in the design and delivery of groupwork and/or training programmes, you will apply a creative approach to supporting others to reach their potential through a wide variety of learning methods.

For the right candidate, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a vibrant, creative team; develop a specialism as an L&D professional, and gain an operational overview of WDP’s central support services.

You will be highly skilled in providing excellent customer service and able to build strong relationships in order to enhance the provision of learning and development at WDP.
