Operations Manager, London and Home Counties
Do you have strong operational experience as well as the skills and confidence to lead a dynamic portfolio of prison and community based substance misuse services across London and the Home Counties?
We are seeking to appoint an individual who can also bring WDP’s core values to the role:
- Entrepreneurial – you will be driven to facilitate WDP’s expansion and bring innovative ideas to help achieve this
- In partnership – you will be a team player and liaise effectively with other WDP staff and partner organisations

As an Operations Manager at WDP you will be actively engaged in delivering and retaining a varied portfolio of services. You will also participate in securing new business and the mobilisation and implementing of newly commissioned services.
You will need to be committed to delivering safe, effective, high quality, evidence-based services and have the ability to work well in partnership with a range of statutory and voluntary sector organisations.
You will have the passion and commitment to ensure improved recovery outcomes for our service users and understand the importance of delivering value for money services that meet contractual specifications within commissioned budgets.
