Job role:

WDP has been providing drug and alcohol services in the London Borough of Brent since 2006 and has just been awarded the new integrated community substance misuse and wellbeing service as lead provider, working in partnership with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL). 

We are seeking to recruit dynamic and passionate Outreach Practitioners to contribute to the success of the Brent Recovery and Wellbeing Service. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy service in a vibrant borough.
