WDP has been providing drug and alcohol services in the London Borough of Brent since 2006 and has just been awarded the new integrated community substance misuse and wellbeing service as lead provider working in partnership with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual who thrives on achieving results. You will lead on the performance and administration systems in the service and you will be integral to delivering WDP’s strategic and business plans for the borough.  The Performance and Administration Lead is an important part of the leadership team.  You will be passionate about performance improvement, focused on meeting the needs of your stakeholders and driven to develop systems and reports that support the performance of the Service. 

As the Performance and Administration Lead you will be responsible for producing regular and ad-hoc data reports, managing the local NDTMS, DIRDET and case management expertise within the service and completing monthly contract monitoring for Commissioners reports for Commissioners.  In addition to this you will line manage a team of administrators and receptionists.
