Job role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of the WDP Harrow Recovery Service. We are seeking to recruit a Prison Link worker. In this role you will be required to actively engage, case manage and deliver recovery-orientated interventions to service users in a range of settings including prisons.

The successful candidate must be committed, hardworking and highly motivated and have experience of working with substance misuse and related health and wellbeing issues in a care-planning method.  You should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of substance misuse, offending and safeguarding interventions as well as best practice.

You will be an excellent team player and have a proven ability to work as part of a team and on your initiative, as this role involves working with a wide range of challenging issues and behaviours.

This role is dependent upon the successful applicant obtaining Prison clearance.
