WDP deliver substance misuse services including alcohol as part of  a wider integrated primary care, mental health, substance misuse and social care provision in partnership with Northampton Healthcare Foundation Trust.  WDP HMP Bedford Drug and Alcohol Service is committed to providing opportunities for individuals to make positive changes in their lives, through a non-judgemental, harm reduction-based approach that values the strengths and choices of those individuals.

WDP are looking for a Team Manager to join an exciting new service lead on excellent service delivery in HMP Bedford.  This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives on achieving results to support a successful and high performing recovery service. 

As an HMP Bedford Health and Wellbeing Team Manager, you will provide coordination and line management Health & Wellbeing practitioners, focusing on engagement, treatment, successful completion and case management.   You will ensure that there are structures in place to support the service to provide a range of interventions and you will be required to work effectively as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team to raise awareness of risk taking behaviours.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, committed, recovery focused and use their drive and innovation to ensure a consistent high-quality service, showcasing good practice, high performance and excellence in given areas of expertise.
