Abi has extensive experience of delivering improvements in strategy, governance, quality assurance and performance management in a variety of roles. She has worked in the non-profit sector for nearly thirty years, the last fifteen in a leadership role for charities and local government.

Abi has an MSc in Social Policy and Social Work Studies from the LSE and trained as a mental health social worker. Her skills and knowledge developed from directly delivering services in a number of health and social care settings. 

Abi is committed to developing and implementing innovative solutions, by working collaboratively to deliver services that make a tangible, positive difference in the lives of people who use them.

Abi has also been a Trustee for a homelessness charity in Kent and volunteered for a charity offering mentoring to unaccompanied minor asylum seekers.
