How we can help

WDP provides a range of health and wellbeing services to adults and young people across the UK.

If you need advice or help around your drug and alcohol use, we can help you get the support you need.

Find out below if we provide services in your area, what type of services we offer and how we can help you or someone you know.

Alcohol support

Expand

If you are worried about your own or someone else's alcohol use, find your nearest WDP service.

Over time, drinking alcohol above the national low-risk guidelines is likely to impact your day-to-day life in a negative way, as well affecting the relationships with those closest to you.

WDP provides free and confidential treatment and support to help you manage, reduce, or stop your alcohol use.

We also offer help to your family and loved ones so that they can receive advice on how best to support you.

If you are 18 or under, find your nearest WDP young people’s service.

WDP provides free and confidential treatment and support to help you manage, reduce, or stop your drug use.

We also offer help to your family and loved ones so that they can receive advice on how best to support you.

Young people

Expand

If you are worried about your own or a young person’s health and wellbeing, find your nearest WDP service.

WDP has a number of different support services for young people, offering help and advice around drug and alcohol use, mental health, and sexual health.

We work with young people in their local community at a location most accessible to them, such as schools, youth clubs and other local venues – or remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We build relationships with young people to increase their knowledge and insight to help them make more informed choices.
