I’m concerned about my mental health
The current COVID-19 situation in the UK may feel scary and isolating.
If you think you need help with your mental health, please reach out to someone you trust. This might be a family member, a friend, your keyworker, or the NHS.
There are a number of free, confidential mental health helplines you can access anytime – check out the list on the NHS website.
If you are an older person, The SilverLine is a dedicated helpline where you can find information, friendship and advice from trained helpline volunteers any day of the year – their number is 0800 4 70 80 90.
If you are feeling lonely or isolated, you could join a supportive online community, such as Elefriends, set up by the charity Mind.
Remember to be mindful of what you share online and maintaining boundaries to protect your wellbeing.
