The service

WDP has rolled out a large IPS employment service contract in West London – IPS Into Work – where a team of 10 staff will support over 700 job starts with individuals affected by substance misuse.

IPS (Individual Placement & Support) is a proven system based around working intensively and exclusively on securing employment.

The role

We’re looking for Employment Specialists (ES) to join our IPS into Work Team.  Working to monthly targets, you will closely support a group of clients back into work.  You will be dynamic and driven to secure the best outcomes for your caseload.

Conditions

  • Salary band of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
  • Permanent contract
  • 37.5 hours per week

Location

Working across West London boroughs (Kensington & Chelsea, Hillingdon or Westminster), your working days will be varied and will include close ties to other local WDP services.
