Head of Finance and Resources- St. James's Park , London
Are you passionate about value-for-money services that lead to sustained recovery outcomes? As WDP’s Head of Finance and Resources, you will have the opportunity to have real impact on our financial future and success. You will be responsible for finance, procurement and legal services.
WDP is a well-respected and ambitious £25 million turnover charity. This role will assist us in diversifying our revenues through commercial and international ventures.
You will work collaboratively with our two Joint Chief Executive Officers, ensuring that the organisation is well-run, agile and focused on results. You will operate at a strategic level with multiple direct reports; the role manages the finance, procurement and legal functions.
You will be a qualified accountant with strong leadership skills and significant commercial acumen.
Those applying for this role must have the ability to influence and advise our senior management team and board of trustees, as well representing the organisation both internally and externally. The post-holder must also have excellent finance and systems knowledge, ideally coupled with commercial nous to help grow WDP’s commercial elements.
