This exciting new job opportunity will enhance and complement the Quality Team and work very closely with services and managers.   

The team

Working directly with the Quality and Compliance Manager and the Head of Quality and Compliance, this role will work across all WDP service sites in supporting our managers and team leaders to drive up the quality of service user care. 

The role

With a strong emphasis on supporting practitioners in day-to-day case management, as well as providing expert advice on safeguarding, CQC, and incident investigations, you will also undertake audits and support with investigations with a view to embedding a strong learning culture across services.


  • Salary band of £29,000-£35,000 per annum
  • Permanent contract
  • 37.5 hours per week


This role is a central support function. While it is based in Ilford (which could be subject to change in the future) travel to multiple sites across the South East and in the North West would be expected.
