The service
The ARCH treatment service, led by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL), is a community substance misuse treatment service that offers a broad range of treatments from different teams, including the WDP Criminal Justice Team. 
The role
We are looking for a data/administrator who will support the WDP Criminal Justice Team. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative and data duties, including NTDMS submissions, health and safety, finance and HR reporting.  In addition to this you will be required to support the reception staff.   This diverse and exciting role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their experience and become involved in a broad range of activities within the team.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and organise your workload and provide a high standard of customer service. You will also need to demonstrate, a strong team ethic, excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, and previous experience of having worked within a diverse role. An empathetic and non-judgmental approach is imperative as this varied role will give you exposure to a vast array of sensitive data. You will need to display a proactive attitude towards promoting the services we offer and take full ownership of all administrative responsibilities in order to ensure that the service can function to its optimum.
Salary band of £20,572 - £24,500 per annum
37.5 hours per week
The successful candidate will be based within the ARCH service in Uxbridge.
