Your first visit

Coming into our service for the first time might feel a bit daunting, but our friendly team will do their best to help you feel comfortable.

You’ll meet with one of our support workers, talk about your concerns and make a plan together.

This care plan will help you cut down or stop your drinking or drug use.

It’ll also help to make sure that you’re getting the right support at the right time for you.

We also offer help for the family, friends and carers of the people who use our services.

How we help

At our service, you can get the following help:

  • Advice about your health and wellbeing
  • Regular private sessions with your personal keyworker
  • A range of different support groups
  • Looking ahead to what might be next for you: such as motivational programmes, education, training and employment support, peer mentoring and volunteering

Evening appointments, online groups, and telephone or video sessions are also available to fit around your other commitments so talk to us about what works for you.
