Whether you are new to mindfulness or consider yourself an expert, this session is for you!

Mindfulness is an important key to overall wellbeing and can really help to create balance in our lives and reduce any stress. In this interactive session you will complete a personal ‘Wheel of Wellbeing’ to assess your own balance in life and you will learn a range of simple ways to improve your own wellbeing and bring you back to a balanced state.

You will also learn more about the benefits of mindfulness for wellbeing and engage in some mindfulness exercises to calm your mind and reconnect with yourself.
