Free and confidential help for Redbridge residents aged 18+

Are you worried about your own or someone else's drug or alcohol use?

If so, get in touch with our expert team at R3.

We’ll discuss what concerns you have and make a plan together, to help you manage, reduce or stop your drug or alcohol use.

You can call, email or visit our service in person.

Help and support we offer:

  • Advice and information around your health and wellbeing
  • One-to-one sessions with your own allocated keyworker
  • A range of different support groups
  • Looking ahead to what’s next: motivational programmes, education, training and employment support, peer mentoring and volunteering

We also offer support to your family and loved ones so that they can receive help and advice on how best to support you during your recovery.

Getting support during COVID-19

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and ‘social distancing’ guidance issued by the government, we have needed to reduce and adapt the usual face-to-face support that we provide so we can keep our service users and staff safe.

We will continue to talk with you and help you even if coming into our service isn’t possible.

To check what support is currently available and if there are any changes to our opening times, please contact us on the details below and we’ll do our best to make sure you still get the help you need.
