Free and confidential help for Surrey residents age 18+

Are you worried about your own or someone else's drug or alcohol use?

If so, get in touch with our expert team at i-access.

We’ll discuss what concerns you have and make a plan together, to help you manage, reduce or stop your drug or alcohol use.

You can call, email or visit our service in person.

Help and support we offer

  • Advice and information around your health and wellbeing
  • One-to-one sessions with your own allocated keyworker
  • A range of different support groups
  • Looking ahead to what’s next

There is also support for your family and loved ones so that they can receive help and advice on how best to support you during your recovery.

Getting support during COVID-19

During the coronavirus pandemic, we have needed to adapt the usual face-to-face support that we provide so we can keep our service users and staff safe.

We will continue to talk with you and help you even if coming into i-access isn’t possible.

To check what support is currently available and if there are any changes to opening times, contact us on the details below and we’ll do our best to make sure you still get the help you need.
